Mature, open, medium-sized rosette to 60cm. diameter x 30cm. high. Broad, arching, mossy green leaves tinged purple with purplish tips in strong light.. Erect, multi-branched spike to 1.3 metres tall of pointed, crimson / rosy red peduncle bracts and yellow flowers.
