A distinctive form of Till. stricta, mature plant 10 cm high, 12 cm in diameter. Leaves are silvery-grey, stiffer and much more recurved than the common green form. The rosette is very open, flat and has a round shape, the inflorescence is longer, the bracts shorter and the colours are slightly paler. The curved peduncle with soft-pink bracts bears many spiral and laxly-arranged blue flowers. It has been wild-collected around Petropolis in Brazil. Reg.
