Mature rosette to 14cm. diameter x 12cm. high. densely rosette. Leaves quite wide at the base, slightly channeled, top half slightly recurved. Foliage is densely covered with silver-grey trichomes and the inner leaves are reddish tinted at the base.The strong ,erect peduncle to 12cm. high has soft pink bracts borne laxly and spirally- arranged, pale lavender-blue flowers.
