Mature, open, compact rosette to 30cm. diameter. Black-spined, broad mid-green leaves randomly striated creamy white and spotted and partly cross-banded dark red with bright pink flushes, moreso towards the sepia red tips. Imported into Australia by Brisbane nurserywoman Olive Trevor as part of a grex, singled out and named. Arc-en Ciel, french words for "Rainbow". The Brazilian breeder is unrecorded. Tricolor Group.
