Mature, open rosette to 50cm. diameter. In young offsets in strong light = random lime green mottling / patches on leaves plus mid-red sections. In mature, broad-leaved rosettes, the centre turns white with red mottlling, tapering to a rounded point on leaf tips plus small spines.
