Mature, tubular rosette to 35cms. high, flaring at the top to 30cms. diameter. Brown/ maroon leaves heavily marbled cream and flushed pink . Erect inflorescence has red scape bracts, nile green ovaries, cream sepals tipped blue and navy blue flowers. Name in honour of a fellow member of the 20th.
