cv. of unknown parentage - On display at WBC Houston 1990- appears to have traits of Neoregelia especially in the inflorescence. Or is it xAnamea which tend to develop pineapple type tops. More information is needed. We are treating this as a Bi-generic rather than Aechmea as it was recorded in BCR 1998. Further investigation suggests this should be treated as an xAnagelia.
