Mature, open, large rosette to 80cm. diameter x 70cm. high. In strong light / full sun, many narrow recurving, glossy garnet red / mahogany leaves tapering to a point and heavily armed with hooked, white spines. The foliage reverse is frosted white with many fine red longitudinal lines. Erect / arched, openly- branched, red-stemmed inflorescence to 2.2 metres high with ruby red floral bracts, orange sepals tipped red and bright orange tubular flowers plus exserted gold stamens. Reg.
