VRIESEA ‘Incan Treasure Ata Hulpa’ Koning J 2008

Mature open rosette to 67cm. diameter x 33cm. high. Broad (to 9cm. wide) pale green leaves with dense chestnut red, filagree-like cross-banding on new growth, turning olive green on outer portions. Branched erect spike to 1 metre tall. Glyph Group. Named after the last Incan Emperor (Ata Hulpa) to be murdered by the Spanish conquistadors. Reg. Doc. 5/2016 by T. Ison.
