Mature, open rosette to 33cm. diameter x 26cm. high. In strong light, broad compact light green leaves speckled pink and liberally painted solid hot pink on the rounded indented leaf tips, altogether spirally stacked and configured. Named after the current under Secretary of the Department of Agriculture in the Philippines, a plant hobbyist and a Past President of Floriculture Industry of Davao Inc. (F.I.D.I.). Reg.
