Since the initial release of the BSI Bromeliad Cultivar Registry by Don Beadle in 1998 many new cultivars have been registered. Accordingly, this document has increased substantially in size from the initial page count of 423 to its present size of 610 pages. For several years addenda have been made available to the original document to try to keep up with the flow of new cultivars.

Though the size of this document makes bulk printing of copies of this document prohibitively expensive, it is hoped that the electronic form of this document will fill in the gap between the original printed version and the online database.

NOTE: If you are a current member of the BSI you may find the new combination of username and password for accessing the Members-Only section printed inside the back cover of the latest Journal at the bottom of the page.
