[GrowRR] Strange growth on neo lila?

Hello list members,

I have noticed a pronounced "trumpet" like growth on one of my Neo. Lila
plants. This is only the second time in the three years I have seen this
occur. Wondering if this is caused by a deficiency. Photos here:
