[GrowRR] White Flies

I have had similar problems with whitefly. People have given me several
suggestions, all of which seem to work. Just remove the white fly by
spraying them with a solution of Mr. Clean or Simple Green then squirting
the plants with a stream of water. After doing this for a few times the
white flies seem to move on to a more hospitible location.

I have also sprayed them with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) and rinsed
with water. If it is only a small area which is effected they can be rubbed
off with rag wet with alcohol or soap, then rinsed with water. I have used
this method on my bromeliads, ginger, heliconia, dracaena, and ixora without
any harm to the plant.
