[GrowRR] Q: Neoregelia 'Deb' and Neoregelia 'Debbie'. Are they the same plant

The FCBS site shows Neoregelia 'Debbie' as a c.v of 'Grace' X (coriacea X
meyendorfii) from Grant Groves.

The only reference found to Neoregelia 'Deb' is on the site of Oglesby
Plants International.

Photos of the plants look exactly the same to me, & I suspect that they
are the same plant, with Neo 'Debbie' called Neo 'Deb' for marketing
purposes. ( I noted Neo 'Deb' has a trade mark).


I have been growing Neoregelia 'Deb' for over 2 years, & have had a few
plants flower, but never colouring up to the potential the photos
indicate.
Have grown some plants hard, & some lush, but only come out with standard
carolinae style red colouration to center, although center leaves do flute
up a little.

Is it primarily climate related, or can I do something to improve the
colouring in my Deb's.....???
